Looking up is associated with positive thinking.

Looking up is associated with positive thinking.

This is a really quick tip, and effective way to feel better quickly.

Research has shown that looking down is associated with negative thinking – but looking up is associated with positive thinking.

Seriously, you can improve your mood – just by looking up.

Better still, you get used to doing it very quickly – and once it comes naturally to you, you don’t have to think about it. So looking up and feeling better become your new habit.

So look up – you’ll be glad you did in no time.
